We offer both renovation and new construction.**We have a ground up construction project breaking ground mid-Aug and will take 2-2.5yrs to complete **What You Will Be DoingAssist the PM in all of the following: Participate in the preconstruction process including budgeting, scheduling, bids, presentations, etc.Draft and/or review the content of the Owner Agreement for executive executionDay-to-day management of construction budgetDirect, train, supervise, and manage all Project Engineering functions (RFIs, Submittals, Document Control, etc.)Examine Contract Documents for completeness, deficiencies, constructability, code compliance, etc.Manage all subcontract and purchase order agreements from award to close-outDesign, manage, and update the project schedule working with other team membersManage a timely and comprehensive Owner Billings ProcessManage subcontractors payment application process and contentAnalyze and evaluate IOCs from subcontractors and vendorsWhat You Need for this Position3+ years of experience in a GC environment Project Engineers looking to become APM are encouraged to applyExperience in commercial/retail/or multifamily projectsExperienced with new construction Procore proficientBachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is preferredWhat's In It for YouCompetitive base pay: ($85k - $95k) DOEAnnual Project BonusesCompany provide equipmentTruck and Cell Phone allowanceMileage reimbursement PTO/Medical/Dental/Vision So, if you are a Assistant Project Manager with experience, please apply today!
