About the Role
We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Business Development Representatives. This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor role with performance-based pay and unlimited earning potential . You will work with warm, pre-qualified leads, help clients find solutions that fit their needs, and develop long-term business relationships. No prior sales or insurance experience is required-we provide full training and mentorship.

What You'll Do

• Engage with prospective clients who have expressed interest in our services
• Conduct virtual or phone consultations to assess needs and goals
• Present customized product solutions and explain benefits
• Guide clients through the application and onboarding process
• Track and manage all client interactions in our CRM
• Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills

Qualifications
