Silgan Dispensing is growing, and we're hiring several Key Account Management and Sales professionals across North America!

We're looking for high-performing sales professionals with experience in packaging, dispensing solutions, beauty, fragrance, personal care, contract manufacturing, fillers, and consumer products.

Current Openings

Key Account Manager - Beauty & Fragrance (West Region)

• Experience calling on beauty and fragrance customers
\n
• Strong consultative sales and relationship management skills
\n
• Ability to grow existing business and identify new opportunities
\n

Key Account Manager - Home & Personal Care (Northeast Region)

\n
• Proven sales success within Home Care and Personal Care markets
\n
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships
\n
• Ability to drive profitable growth across key accounts
\n
• Ability to grow existing business and identify new opportunities
\n

Key Account Manager - Private Label & Fillers

\n
• Experience working with private label manufacturers and contract fillers
\n
• Strong customer-facing and project management skills
\n
• Ability to navigate complex customer organizations and drive business growth
\n

Global Account Manager - P&G

\n
• Strategic leadership role managing one of our most important global accounts
\n
• Experience working with P&G
\n
• Must reside in the Cincinnati area or be open to relocating
\n
• Ability to build executive-level relationships and drive global account growth
\n

What We're Looking For

• Key Account Management experience
\n
• Strong sales and business development skills
\n
• Experience within beauty, fragrance, personal care, home care, packaging, contract manufacturing, or consumer products industries
\n
• Proven ability to build long-term customer partnerships and drive revenue growth
\n
