Sign-On Bonus: $50000
Compensation: - $250,000 - $280,000 based on experience - Potential $50,000 Sign-on bonus - Quarterly bonuses based on WRVUs

DETAILS: - Fast-paced outpatient setting with a busy patient panel from the start - Review patient history and perform physical examinations. Evaluate, diagnose, and provide appropriate treatment and patient care - Prescribe medications and formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans - Provide relationship-centered care, taking into account the patient's psychosocial and physical needs - No additional expectations on admin time, meaning once your patient panel is completed for the day, you are free to go home - Primary care experience REQUIRED - EMR = EPIC
