The Role

We're looking for a TikTok Shop Manager (Strategy & Client Lead) to be the strategic lead and primary point of contact for our TikTok Shop clients. You'll own the strategy, set the goals, and guide the client relationship, while a dedicated execution team carries out the day-to-day work. This role is ideal for someone who knows TikTok Shop inside and out, can translate that knowledge into a clear plan, and is comfortable leading client conversations.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the main client contact: lead onboarding, kickoff calls, regular strategy meetings, and performance reviews
• Develop TikTok Shop strategy for each brand, including growth goals, product and pricing approach, promotion calendars, and channel priorities
• Design affiliate and creator program strategy, including commission structures, sample strategy, and creator tiering
• Set the direction for TikTok Shop Ads and GMV Max, including budgets, targets, and ROAS expectations
• Brief and direct our execution team, and review their work to make sure it meets strategy and quality standards
• Monitor account health, performance, and policy compliance, and step in to resolve escalations
• Analyze sales, ad, and creator data to find opportunities and explain the "why" behind results
• Prepare and present clear, client-ready reports and recommendations
• Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and competitors, and turn them into action plans for clients
• Collaborate with our content, creative, and Amazon/Walmart teams on cross-channel strategy

What You Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on TikTok Shop experience, ideally agency-side or brand-side
• Comprehensive knowledge of TikTok Shop: Seller Center, listings and catalog, the affiliate marketplace, ads, fulfillment, and platform policies
• Proven track record of building strategies that grew GMV
• Strong analytical skills and comfort turning data into recommendations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence leading client calls
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and direct a team's priorities
• Self-starter who keeps up with a platform that changes constantly

Nice to Have

• Experience in beauty, baby, pet, wellness, or consumables
• Familiarity with Amazon or Walmart marketplaces
• Experience working with creators or directing UGC content
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, reporting tools, and project management software
