Job Description
Get Paid to Drive Trucks Across North America. No Freight. No Trailers. Just You and the Road.
Alliance Driveaway Solutions is hiring experienced CDL drivers to join one of the fastest-growing truck relocation companies in North America. Instead of hauling freight, you'll physically drive a variety of vehicles — Class 6, 7, and 8 trucks, straight trucks, trailers, and more — from pickup to delivery across all 48 states and Canada. Every load is different. Every trip is a new route. If you're tired of the same highway and the same trailer, this is your lane.
What You'll Do
• Pick up vehicles from designated locations and deliver them safely to their destinations
• Operate a wide variety of equipment — no two weeks look the same
• This is a 1099 Independent Contractor Position
What We Offer
• Competitive pay— Your experience is valued and compensated
• Home time — Create your own schedule and Choose what works for you!
• Career training and development — Ongoing safety and skills training that keeps you sharp and growing
• A culture of diversity, inclusion, and growth — We're a certified Small Woman-Owned Business that builds a team reflecting the roads we travel
What We Need From You
• Valid CDL with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience (most of our drivers have 10+)
• Clean background — our screening exceeds DOT-mandated requirements
• Willingness to complete company-sponsored training and safety programs before your first run
• Commitment to safety, transparency, and communication — the same values we hold ourselves to
Why Alliance?
We were founded by leaders who personally performed driveaway services. They've been in your seat. That's why we treat drivers as operating partners, not transactional labor. No distance is too far, and no driver is just a number. Led by CEO/Owner Lijun Ji and President/Owner Tate Lyda, we've spent 20+ years building a company that drivers want to stay with — and many do.
