Join an established outpatient practice in Salinas, California , just minutes from the Monterey Coast. This full-time Urgent Care opportunity offers strong compensation, additional productivity potential, and no call or inpatient responsibilities .

Opportunity Highlights

• $325K base salary + $55/wRVU productivity
• $50K recruitment incentive
• 100% outpatient Urgent Care
• No call
• No APP supervision
• Approximately 4 patients per hour
• Established team of 36 physicians and APPs
